The Youth Media Symposium presents The Pandemic Project: Newark Stories Unmasked
For 8 weeks this summer, 50 young people from the Youth Media Symposium and New-Ark Leaders of Health: Next Generation Community Leaders representing various schools and wards in the city of Newark, came together VIRTUALLY to document the impact of COVID-19 and Racism on their community’s leaders, institutions, parents, students, and residents. After conducting over 50 interviews and producing various forms of art and media, they are ready to share their website, The Pandemic Project: Newark Stories Unmasked with you.
